What Size Kit Do I Need? (Size Guide)

Small Kit: Designed for ATV's, 4-Wheelers, Side-by-Sides or similar. Not suitable for cars or trucks.

Medium Kit: Designed for Coupes and small Sedans. (Porsche 911, Ford Mustang, BMW 3 Series, or similar).

Large Kit: Designed for larger Sedans and small SUV's. (Audi A7, BMW 5 Series, Mercedes S Class, Mazda CX-5, or similar).

Extra Large Kit: Designed for most Trucks and SUV's. (Ford F-150, Audi Q7, Ram 1500, Ford Expedition).

If in doubt, please upgrade to the next size up. It is always better to have a little extra material vs having not enough. Super size trucks or SUV's may require addition material over the Extra Large.
What Sprayer Should I Use?

Plasti Dip gallons are designed to be sprayed through turbine systems such as the DYC G-Force DipSprayer or Advanced DipSprayer they are traditionally too thick to be sprayed through an HVLP. HVLP may produce dry spray and can ruin the finish.

When choosing the option, "Yes, I need the Sprayer", this will include the DYC G-Force DipSprayer.

✔ Performance Series Gallons are TOPCOATS only, and must be applied over a proper Plasti Dip Spray base
Specs & Guidelines

Plasti Dip protects your vehicle from acids, abrasion, corrosion, impact, salts, moisture and weathering. It remains flexible, stretchy and will not crack, or become brittle in extreme temperatures when applied correctly.

Test all applications in a small inconspicuous area to make sure it will meet your expectations and is suitable for each unique surface. Although Plasti Dip has proven to be safe and predictable, every surface is unique and it's impossible to predict how each surface will react

Simply Amazing!

Was much easier than I expected the product level very easily if you take your time and you mask properly and you follow everything step by step your results come out great very impressed as a first time user.

Amazing

I was skeptical at first. Not about the product but about my ability to apply the product correctly. After tons of research and watching the DYC University videos I built the courage and just did it and couldn't be happier with the end result.

Awesome product

The spraying was super easy. First coat of gray I put on looked a little bubbly but as I added more coats to the dip the bubbles went away and got a nice matte like finish that's fairly smooth with a very light texture to it. The only difficult part being a first time dipper was the masking of the car. An peeling the right parts when the dip is wet. It's definitely not something that you shouldn't rush. Over all I'm extremely happy with how this product turn out an will be dipping again once I decide to change colors.

Fantastic color!

First time dipping a whole car. The Persian blue is a fantastic blue with shades of purple on different lighting. The Car Kit was super friendly to spray. The car also has dip armor and the ultra metallic wheel kit.
